Entered public service in 1994 as elected Barangay Kagawad, elected Punong Barangay for three (3) consecutive terms in Barangay Queens Row Central (1997-2010) and was Elected as Municipal Councilor in 2010 and as District II City Councilor in 2013 and 2016. In Three (3) consecutive term as Councilor, consistently voted by council members as President Pro – Tempore. 

Authored most numbers of Resolutions and Ordinances passed by the City Council that benefits the constituency like the Ordinance on Mandatory Establishment of Charity Ward in all private hospitals within the jurisdiction of the City of Bacoor that paved the way for the City Government to issue medical assistance through Guarantee letter to Private hospitals for indigent patients. Proponent of Maynilad Water Services in District 2.

The first and only elected City Councilor who has a perfect attendance record in all City Council session, awarded by Pinagbuklod ng mamayang Cavite Incorporated as Most Outstanding Councilor in 2012, Awardee of Gawad Dangal Ng Dakilang Lahi in 2016, Recipient of various citations and awards from different local non-government organizations.

Three (3) time nominee in the search for the Superbrand Outstanding Awards “The Outstanding Local Legislator Awards”, (OLLA), for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Member of Tanglaw Cursillio movement, member of PREX Class 03 in Our Lady Queen Peace Parish, 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 8708.

Awarded by Alliance of Pinagbuklod ng Mamamayang ng Kabite as Most Outstanding Councilor.
