About The City Council

Hon. Randy Celestino Francisco entered public service in 1998 as a Sangguniang Bayan Member in the year of (1998). As he was elected as the Punong Barangay of Daang Bukid for the past 5 years (2018-2023) he is also elected as the Auditor in the Liga ng mga Barangay.

As of today, because of his hard work and reliability, he was re-elected as a Punong Barangay (2023-Present) where (3) barangays are merged such; as Barangay Camposanto, Barangay Daang Bukid and Barangay Tabing Dagat and now called as the Barangay Poblacion. He was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Liga ng mga Barangay and automatically became a City Councilor of Bacoor.

He is committed to his local community and spent many years serving publicly and actively doing projects for his Barangay as Punong Barangay and as a City Councilor. During the pandemic, he was active playing a part in helping his constituents which is a big role during those times.
