Council Member's Profile

Palm Angel San Juan Buncio embarked on her public service career at the young age of 18. In 2020, she auditioned and was selected to be part of Balitang Bacooreño in the City Government of Bacoor. This opportunity marked the beginning of her journey as a news anchor, where she played a pivotal role in communicating important information to the public through the Public Information Office. Palm further diversified her skills by taking on additional responsibilities as a reporter and voice-over artist, thus becoming a significant voice for Bacoor’s various programs and initiatives.

Palm’s commitment to her local community went beyond her media engagements. During the pandemic she actively engaged in community service in her local Barangay Molino IV as a staff member in the Command Center. There, her dedication and skills led her to become one of the group’s leader. With the advent of Mayor Strike B. Revilla’s term, her role within the public service sphere broadened. The Public Information Office was rebranded as the City Information Office, where Palm assumed additional roles, including that of a writing and hosting for the City Government of Bacoor.

Palm looked up to the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Barangay Captain Jeffrey Pakingan Campaña of Molino IV, Palm aspired to make a more direct impact in her community. This led her to run for the position of SK (Sangguniang Kabataan) Chairperson in Barangay Molino IV. Her successful foray into this field did not just stop there; she went on to become the President of the SK Federation Bacoor, further extending her influence as one of the officers of the SK Federation at the Provincial level in Cavite.
