
REYNALDO M. FABIAN, nicknamed “Rey”, was born on August 02, 1957 in the City of Bacoor, Cavite. His parents were the late Leocadio Fabian Sr., a former Vice Mayor of Bacoor and Francisca Pelongo, a housewife. He was the tenth of the twelve children.
He married Irene Nomorosa, a former supervisor of Medical Center Paranaque. Their marriage blessed them with four (4) offsprings and one (1) granddaughter.
From a very young age, Rey knew he wanted to become a public servant. His greatest inspiration was his father, a former public servant.
Rey took up an Auto Mechanic course from Samson Technology and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Manila. He constantly enhances his knowledge by attending trainings and seminars.
He began his career as a public servant when he was elected as the Punong Barangay of Zapote IV, City of Bacoor. On account of his outstanding performance and accomplishments as a barangay official, he was re-elected and was able to finish eleven years as a Punong Barangay. He was then elected as Municipal Councilor (2010-2013) and City Councilor (2013-2016) of Bacoor, then as Provincial Board Member (2016-2019) and presently, as City Councilor for the 2nd District of the City of Bacoor.
